This is an informational English version of the document that governs purchases made on babbagedigital.com, which operates under Turkish law. Please read it before you complete checkout — confirming it, together with the Distance Sales Agreement, is required to proceed to payment.

2. Key Features of the Service

The service is a cloud-based software subscription (SaaS) delivered through the Babbage Digital Platform: it gives you access to product feed management, creative/video studio, AI-assisted ad management and automation tools. As this is not a physical good, there is no shipping; access begins once your payment is confirmed and your account is activated, and your store connection is completed with our onboarding team.

AI-powered generations (image/video/text) and ad media budget are not included in this monthly price; they are billed separately from your usage balance or through the relevant ad platform.

3. Price, Taxes and Payment Method

The contract price is set in USD. At the moment of payment, it is converted to TRY at the prevailing exchange rate, VAT is added, and the full breakdown (subtotal, exchange rate, tax, total) is shown on screen before you confirm. Payment is taken by card through the secure payment screen of PayTR Ödeme Kuruluşu A.Ş. No automatic renewal charge is made to your card; you start payment for each subsequent period yourself, from the panel.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception

Please note: under Article 15(1)(ğ) of Turkey's Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts on services performed immediately in electronic form or for immaterial goods delivered immediately to the consumer, and for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires. By confirming payment, you agree that your account and the service begin to be activated at your own explicit request before the 14-day withdrawal period would otherwise expire, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends accordingly.

If setup/activation has not yet started, or the service has not been used at all, you may still write to us to request a refund; this would be a courtesy we may offer, not the exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from the purchase may be brought, within the monetary thresholds set annually by Turkey's Ministry of Trade, before the Consumer Arbitration Committee in the consumer's place of residence or where the transaction occurred, or, above those thresholds, before the Consumer Court.

6. Confirmation

During checkout, confirming that you have read and accept this form and the Distance Sales Agreement is required before you can proceed to payment.
